As a Day Shift RN, you will lead and deliver high-quality clinical care, support LPNs and CNAs, and help ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, and dignified care throughout the day. Position Details Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift Schedule: Full-Time, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour day shifts) Facility: Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation Address: 6922 Ohio Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45236 Key Responsibilities Provide and oversee direct nursing care to residents during the day shift, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, and wound care. Monitor resident conditions throughout the day, promptly recognize and respond to changes in status, and communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and facility policies, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the day shift, delegate tasks appropriately, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
