- Mentor 3rd shift Welders, Assemblers, Machinists, Laborers, and Technicians.
- Review drawings, set up equipment, and weld assemblies to meet quality standards.
- Implement production schedules and improve processes for efficiency.
- Manage shift time and attendance and participate in project meetings.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
- 5+ years welding experience (MIG, TIG, Flux Core) with 3+ years in a lead role.
- Ability to pass AWS D1.1 (and D14.6 if applicable) and produce high-quality welds.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., wear safety gear, and climb ladders.
- Sunday-Thursday
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- $27-$29/hr based on experience
