Steel FabricatorExpress is seeking a Steel Fabricator for a company in Zelienople, PA!Prepare materials for welding, including components from CNC burn tables, bar stock, pipe, and anglesReview blueprints and fabrication drawings to determine layout requirementsMeasure and verify dimensional accuracy of materials before fabricationUse overhead cranes, hoists, and other equipment to move materials safelyLay out sheet metal, plate, and weldments for fabrication and assemblyOperate fabrication equipment such as shears, rolls, presses, punches, and sawsCoordinate material needs with laborers and machine operatorsIdentify potential fabrication issues and communicate with supervisors or engineeringFollow all safety procedures and contribute to safety improvement effortsHigh School Diploma or GEDManufacturing or fabrication experience preferredSheet metal fabrication or welding experience is a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsAbility to use measuring tools accurately (to 1/32 inch)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and wear required PPEStrong attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance401(k) with company matchProfit sharingVacation payHoliday payTuition reimbursementQuarterly bonusesSchedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPay: Starting at $24.50/hrIf you have strong fabrication knowledge and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply!
