Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract-to-hire opportunity near Acushnet, MA, welcomes both fully credentialed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) who are passionate about fostering growth and learning.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Massachusetts SLP or SLPA license (required)
• Clinical experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings (including SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLP-Healthcare backgrounds)
• Strong commitment to collaborative practices and individualized care
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• Open to both experienced SLPs and SLPAs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 10-15 students
• Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide insightful reports as needed
• Maintain accurate records and track progress toward student goals
• Work a flexible schedule of 4-5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from now through the end of July
