Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts SLP or SLPA license (required)
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels, including CFY and CCC
• Pediatric and school-based SLP experience preferred
• Ability to manage a small, focused caseload (10-15 students)
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered intervention

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to a diverse group of students, supporting communication and educational development
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate effectively with school teams, families, and fellow professionals
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success
