Responsibilities Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy. Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring each Player has what they need. Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic beverages and maintain clean, stocked service areas. Bus bays and tables, fold napkins to Topgolf standards. Support the team by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant. Player focus: obsess over making the Players’ experience the best it can be. Ability to thrive in a popular environment and keep calm when things get busy. Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, not required. Full weekend availability required for this position. Physical requirements: lift and move up to 50 lbs.; lift, bend, stoop, and carry items; stand for most of the shift; perform continual physical tasks in a high‑volume setting.
