Key Responsibilities Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy; deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring each Player has what they need for an awesome experience. Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards. Support the team where needed—restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean. Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping the work area clean, safe, and compliant. Qualifications Positive attitude; grumpiness is not valued. One Team mentality; teamwork is essential. Player focus; obsess over making the Player experience the best. Ability to thrive in a popular environment; stay calm when things get busy. Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment (not required). Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50lbs and transport food trays up and down different elevations and stairs. Comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying. On feet for most of the day; love walking throughout the shift. Engaged in a variety of physical tasks from task to task. Endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume environment.
