Food RunnerThe Food Runner assists the servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of dishes. This role helps maintain a smooth dining experience by supporting the front-of-house team and communicating with the kitchen.ResponsibilitiesEnsure orders are complete and accurate before leaving the kitchenDeliver dishes to the correct tables promptlyCommunicate any special instructions or modifications to guestsAssist servers by clearing dishes and replenishing table settingsRefill water and beverages as neededKeep service stations stocked and cleanCoordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food flowUphold sanitation and safety standards throughout serviceRequirementsAbility to carry heavy trays and navigate through a busy restaurantStrong communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detail and sense of urgencyAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
