Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer
Location: Remote We are looking for a Solutions Architect with 3-8 years of experience in technical pre-sales to help enterprise customers turn their most complex visual problems into production computer vision applications. You'll be the technical go-to-market partner working alongside Account Executives to scope, demo, and land deals with Fortune 100 manufacturers - from golf ball production lines to fiber optic facilities. What will you be doing?

Location: Remote We are looking for a Solutions Architect with 3-8 years of experience in technical pre-sales to help enterprise customers turn their most complex visual problems into production computer vision applications. You'll be the technical go-to-market partner working alongside Account Executives to scope, demo, and land deals with Fortune 100 manufacturers - from golf ball production lines to fiber optic facilities. What will you be doing?
- Visiting customer sites (up to 40% travel) to scope out computer vision use cases - understanding cameras, lighting, edge hardware, and environment constraints
- Partnering with AEs to qualify opportunities, connect customer problems to Roboflow's technology, and assess technical feasibility
- Building proof of concepts and quick models on customer data to demonstrate value before deals close
- Demoing the platform and speaking credibly to ML/data teams about model training, hyperparameters, and deployment
- Authoring statements of work and handing off scoped deals to the delivery/implementation team.
- Highly motivated, coachable, and low-ego - someone who's eager to learn, takes feedback well, and is a team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented solutions for non-technical stakeholders
