Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.40 / Hour Job Schedule Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thu 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document observations through required reports and communication channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site policies, while assisting with visitor processing, credential checks, and/or direction‑giving as needed. Support emergency and incident response by following post orders, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, and helping to address security‑related issues across the location. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
