Pay Rate $20.40 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts'): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior. Monitor access points and help to verify entry authorization for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries while following post orders and supporting site access control requirements. Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or local responders as needed regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other conditions that may impact daily operations. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
