Office Services Representative
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Office Services Representative for a leading B2B services company located in Stacy, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You'll Do as an Office Services Representative:
- Pack and ready materials for shipment and distribution
- Properly process original document to client specifications
- Produce, finish, and deliver finished product based on end user request
- Use software to schedule and bill print/copy jobs
- Scan originals into client designated locations
- Answer phones; greet clients and visitors
- Conference and event set-up; clean, stock and prep client meeting areas
- Delivery within and outside of client locations by using shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and client systems to receive and ship client items
What You Need to Bring to the Office Services Representative Role:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience required with 1+ years of industry experience in similar field
- Have a working knowledge of typical legal office procedures and legal vernacular
- Must work well under pressure, be organized and detail-oriented
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software
- Possess leadership qualities such as good judgment, decisiveness, being motivated
