Quality Manager: Continuous Improvement & Compliance
RTC
RTC in Romeoville, Illinois, seeks a Quality Manager to ensure the overall quality of products by overseeing quality inspections and implementing inspection protocols for continuous improvement. You'll lead the Quality Control Supervisor and collaborate across teams to protect customer satisfaction and brand integrity. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of quality control experience, strong knowledge of quality methodologies, and exceptional analytical skills.
