Site Lead

Location: 3845 S Padre Island Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78415, United States What You’ll Be Doing The Site Lead is responsible for greeting/check‑in in patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and reception support for the clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas: Immediate contact for all facility/staff issues at the designated clinic. Liaison for all communications from facility to Clinic Coordinator. Completes and maintains vaccine inventories for VFC (Vaccines for Children) and Vaxcare, in addition to completing weekly and monthly reporting. Orders all clinical and clerical supplies. Manages sample inventories by logging expiration dates with implemented sticker classification process and completing monthly expiration checks. Maintains RxVantage for drug rep lunch scheduling. Receives and communicates facility call outs to Clinic Coordinator and assist with clinic staffing. Confirms and approves facility staff’s payroll including PTO requests, time change requests and submitted timecards. Investigates facility environment and/or staff complaints and reports findings to Clinic Coordinator for complaint investigation completion. Completes daily schedule reporting and attends daily team huddles with staff and Clinic Coordinator to discuss patient volume and environmental issues. Monitors scheduling volume while maintaining an efficient patient flow. Completes bi0weekly cash reconciliation and bank deposits. Assists with RHC (Rural Health Clinic) compliance. Perform any and all other duties as assigned.
