Pediatric Geneticist

Our client is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Pulmonologist to join their well-established practice in Naples, FL. • Collaborate with a team of 5 providers.
• Utilize EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric pulmonology care in both clinic and hospital settings.
• Manage clinic patients (18-22 per day - clinic days only).
• Manage hospital consults/rounds (2-5 consults, 10-12 clinic patients during call weeks).
• Participate in a Thursday to Thursday call schedule every 3 weeks, including in-person hospital rounds in the mornings.

Compensation

• Starting base salary of $225,000/year with quarterly bonus (potential for $280,000 - $300,000 first year income).
• Quarterly productivity bonus.
• Sign-on bonus /Relocation assistance.
• Partnership track available after 3 years.
