Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers on exciting ground-up construction projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating all aspects of project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, document control, and subcontractor management. Support construction planning, material/equipment deliveries, and RFI/submittal processes. Help maintain project schedules, track costs, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget. Facilitate communication between the project team, clients, architects, engineers, and community stakeholders. Participate in project meetings, prepare reports, and assist with change orders and closeout documentation. Contribute to a safe, organized, and high-performing jobsite environment. Requirements 2–5+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role in commercial/ground-up construction. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Bluebeam (or similar). Experience with educational, healthcare, or institutional projects is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
