• Shift: Mon-Fri
• Hours: 9:00AM-5:30PM
• Pay Rate: $15.25

Position Overview

PROMAN Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, tracking, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect materials for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies.
• Accurately prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders.
• Maintain inventory records and update warehouse management systems.
• Label, stock, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as required.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transportation teams to ensure timely movement of materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

4. Basic knowledge of computers programs for entering data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
