As a Proposal & Content Management Specialist 2 , you will join our Marketing & Communications team working from any of our office locations, where you’ll play a key role in delivering vital infrastructure projects across the Northeast. These specialists collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the organization, playing a key role in shaping pursuit strategies and securing exciting new projects. Responsibilities, Requirements, and Total Rewards What You’ll Be Doing Provide support in the development, coordination, and production of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and related collateral materials Create, maintain, and manage staff resumes, project write-up, and other related collateral materials Assist with the organization and maintenance of proposal resources, templates, and content libraries to improve efficiency and consistency Work on long-term projects and strategic initiatives, as assigned, that support team and firm objectives.
