Job Description: Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00); Mid 3x12-Hour (15:00 - 03:00) Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR. WEEKEND SCHEDULE: SATURDAY, SUNDAY & MONDAY NO WEEKEND RTO GE & Siemens FORCE Scanner Use is a MUST DO NOT SEND IF NO SIEMENS FOR ALL TECHS: The expected start date is based on Novant s schedule but is subject to change depending on class and trainer availability. Travelers may start on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the first week, and must be fully available with no other commitments to accommodate any schedule changes. Missing any portion of orientation may result in a delayed or canceled start. Novant will confirm the final start date on the Tuesday prior to the start week.

JOB DETAILS:-RATIOS: Daily Caseload: 150-200 Scans; 4 Rooms-Unit Will Accept 13 Weeks!-36 Hours Can be Offered-2 x 12 Hour NIGHTS; 19:00 - 07:00 SATURDAY & SUNDAY + 1 x 12 Hour MIDS, 15:00 - 03:00 MONDAY-Call Requirement: NONE-Float Requirement: NONE-Weekend Schedule: SATURDAY, SUNDAY & MONDAY NO WEEKEND RTO PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and GeriatricsSPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: This is in the emergency department on a Siemen's scanner doing routine ED patients, also Code Stroke and some trauma patients. VERY FAST PACED On first shift we typically have 4-5 techs. Second shift after 5pm there are typically 2-3 techs. Third shift there is 1 tech. Weekends we have 2 techs. Typical case load for one tech in an 8-hour shift is anywhere from 8-12 patients.SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Siemens Scanner, GE. I would say the typical case load for one tech in an 12-hour shift is anywhere from 15-20 patients. Submission Process : All units are utilizing Clinical for direct profile review Submission Details : Former Novant/New Hanover employees (PERM/PRN/EP) must wait 12 months before applying. Disclosure required (with hospital name/dates employed) at submission; facility approval needed. Current travel Per Diem clinicians aren't eligible for travel contracts they must choose one. Include status and intent in the submission. Local candidates ( 50 miles) : Lower rate applies. RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays). Must work 2 of 3 major holidays. No RTO during first week. All RTO must be pre-approved. Cannot request additional RTO after signing. NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal. Floating: Candidates must be open to floating within/near facility per job description. Travel pairs : Allowed (must be on different units and disclosed). Charting: See job description. References can be pending at submission. Modules: Pre-start modules are non-billable, time spent on modules should be margined separately from orientation hours.
