Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice

*Responsiblities*- Diagnosing & treating illnesses and injuries under the direction of the Owner/Physician of clinic.- Managing patients with chronic conditions- Ordering & interpreting lab tests- Performing physical examinations- Prescribing medications & treatments- Providing patient education- Oversee & Perform procedures such as IV insertion, specimen collection processing, IV infusions, joint injections, skin biopsies, toenail removal, abcess drainage, skin tag removals, & pap smears (training provided).- Utilize electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks) to document patient encounters accurately- Provide care for assigned Patients w/ the Chronic Care Management & Remote Patient Monitoring Program- Review IV Center Patient Applications & reach out to patients as needed- Conduct In-Person Clinic Visits & Telemedicine Visits with Established Patients- Schedule: Rotation through two locations in Calallen Area. Clinic/Primary Care: Monday - Saturday from 8am to 5pm & IV Infusion Center: Monday - Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
