• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Greet service customers and identify vehicle concerns
• Create accurate repair orders and service estimates
• Review maintenance needs, pricing, and repair timelines
• Obtain customer approval for recommended repairs
• Coordinate repair progress with Service Technicians
• Keep customers updated through vehicle delivery

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in automotive service, dealership operations, customer service, or a related customer-facing role
• Manage repair orders, service estimates, and customer authorizations
• Comfortable explaining vehicle maintenance recommendations, pricing, and service timelines to customers
• Coordinate multiple active repair orders between customers and Automotive Service Technicians
• Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar software
• Working knowledge of basic automotive repair terminology, and multi-point inspections
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and service documentation in a service department
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
