Estimating Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Estimating Department in creating marketing material
- Assist in canvassing market for new potential construction and renovation projects
- Contact owners, architects, engineers to find leads for new projects
- Create and send out marketing material to potential new clients. Follow up as necessary
- Coordinate creation of bid proposals and assure all required forms are filled out and turned in with each proposal
- Act as a liason for bid bond, bond and insurance requests for projects
- Work with Estimators in creating project and bid proposals
- Document control of all drawings, specification and amends during bid process
- Review all proposals for completeness
Qualifications:
- Prior marketing experience preferred
- Prior construction industry experience is helpful but not necessary
- Experience with office suite and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter
Travel
Some Travel to visit prospective jobsites or clients
