Are you looking for a flexible schedule???? This is an in person sixteen hour work week and we are flexible as to how you want to work the hours.
- Coordinating and scheduling surgeries as designated by physicians using a computerized scheduling system.
- Receiving authorizations for medications
- Managing the referrals to outside offices
- Working as a team member within the office.
- Recognizing and responding appropriately to urgent/emergent situations per protocols.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with physicians, staff, and management.
- Documenting work processes as required with attention to detail.
- Ensuring efficient and effective telephone communication.
- Must have previous experience
