Legal Intern - Plaintiffs’ Trial Law (Part‑Time)

Kwok Daniel continues to expand, hiring new associates to help try cases and gain invaluable deposition and hearing experience from day one of licensure. We are now accepting applications for law students to work part‑time around their school schedule and gain experience into the practice of Plaintiffs’ Trial Law. Think of it as a “try out” for an associate position with the Firm. Must be in top 25% of your class and be highly motivated. Assistant Chief Technology Officer Kwok Daniel LLP handles one of the top volume Plaintiffs’ practices in Texas, routinely handling thousands of open files at any given time. On past Mass Torts, the firm handled 4,000+ claims. Much of our proprietary methods are based on the tens of thousands of cases we have successfully resolved over the past 30+ years. Our powerful database requires continuing updates as the legal landscape continues to evolve, especially with our new judiciary. Seeking MBA and with significant work experience with statistics and algorithms to support our Chief Technology Officer’s Team. Legal Assistant/Paralegal Kwok Daniel seeks highly motivated, dependable, loyal, outgoing individual to assist attorneys with daily duties in a high volume personal injury department. Duties will include (but are not limited to) client meetings/communication, data entry, making medical records requests, taking calls, managing calendars, scheduling and managing cases.
