About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global VP Marketing to lead the next phase of its growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and shaping the global marketing strategy, with a focus on sharpening the company's positioning in a rapidly changing market, strengthening its brand and category leadership, and building a high-performing marketing engine. This role goes beyond demand generation; it involves translating market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth and requires close collaboration with sales, product, and customer teams to enhance the go-to-market strategy, particularly in North America. The VP Marketing will be expected to lead strategic projects, including potential rebranding and repositioning, and to transform the demand generation team to a more proactive, demand-creation approach. Applicants for the Global VP Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong preference for those with a background in HR tech, future of work, collaboration, productivity, or knowledge/AI platforms. The role demands a master of at least three marketing functions, such as product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and brand, and the candidate should possess outstanding communication skills and a servant leadership style. Experience in rebranding and renaming is a plus.
