Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid occupational therapy license, minimum of 1 year of experience, CPR certification (BLS)
• Responsibilities include providing occupational therapy assessments and interventions for post-acute patients in a home healthcare environment.
• Clinical involvement is not required, but experience in home health and home care is essential.
• Self-scheduling is permitted; clinicians can organize their visits around patient needs.
• No weekend or holiday requirements.
• Additional certifications such as CPR (American Heart Association) are required.
