Facilitating needs‑assessment discussions to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or advising on next steps. Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of the enrollment pipeline, with transparent tracking of status and follow‑up actions. Directing campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision‑making conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the model’s ideal fit. Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence. Supervising a large staff or navigating complex approval hierarchies. Splitting responsibility for the family experience across multiple team members. Operating remotely. Director Of Membership Key Responsibilities Design and deliver a high‑trust, selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the Alpha model. Basic Requirements 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner‑operated services). Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding. Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach. Capacity to share specific examples of consultative decision‑making, including instances where you advised against your product or service when the fit was inadequate. Professional written communication experience engaging senior executives, high‑net‑worth individuals, or discerning clients. Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Denver, CO; or Park City, UT. Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
