Not every plumber enjoys working directly with homeowners. We're looking for the ones who do.

Action has grown 7X in the past three years, and we're just getting started. That means we're looking for great plumbers to join our high-performing team and bring five-star service to every homeowner we work with.

In this role, you'll work on sewer lines, water lines, whole-home repipes, water heaters, toilet repairs, water treatment, and other residential plumbing services. We want plumbers who take pride in doing great work and are looking for a company to grow with.

• Count on a full paycheck, year-round: You'll get at least 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year. We want you focused on doing great work-not worrying about whether there will be enough hours next week. We never cut hours. Ever.

• Earn $28–$32/hour, plus performance bonuses: Our top plumbers earn more than $100K per year-and they don't work 80 hours a week to do it.

• Your evenings, weekends, and holidays are yours: We don't offer 24/7 emergency service, and we don't schedule holiday service. Our limited weekend rotation is reserved for members and callbacks-not a traditional plumbing on-call schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Represent Action Air, Plumbing & Septic with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

• Provide top-quality plumbing services and installations to residential and occasional small commercial customers.

• Participate in training to continually expand your skills.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and your team.

• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself, your team, and the customer's home.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site and take extra care with the customer's indoor and outdoor property.

What You Need:

• Must have: A valid Texas Tradesman Plumber's License or higher and at least two years of experience in residential plumbing service.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work in small spaces and varying temperatures.

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continual improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with excavation and heavy machinery is a plus.

• Experience leading large plumbing projects and overseeing apprentices.
