Job Details Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS (American Heart Association) certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; experience in OB/GYN and Labor & Delivery procedures, including C-sections and hysterectomy; at least three years of recent RN experience working in an RN role and two years in a specialized area. Preferred Qualifications: Not specified. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: The nurse will perform assessments, develop plans of care, implement interventions, evaluate patient progress, and serve as a patient advocate. Strong communication, collaboration with healthcare team members, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
