Call Center Agent

Onsite | Full-Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 per Hour

Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for callers, assisting with inquiries, providing information, and resolving routine issues by following established procedures and scripts.

Schedule & Training

Training Schedule
  • Initial Start Days: Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday
  • Training Hours: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
First and Second Full Weeks of Training
  • 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Regular Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries using established scripts, procedures, and multiple computer applications.
  • Gather and verify information from callers to accurately address questions and concerns.
  • Communicate appropriate solutions and next steps in a professional and timely manner.
  • Escalate non-routine inquiries to senior-level representatives when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records as required.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with training and provide guidance to newly hired team members when needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent attendance, reliability, and time management.
  • Proficiency using computers, multiple software applications, and keyboarding skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to follow established guidelines, procedures, and directions.
