Dispensary Manager

As Dispensary Manager you’ll lead a Bavarian-inspired (or regionally relevant) retail location within a fast-growing 51–200 person team dedicated to product excellence and elevated service. You’ll own day-to-day retail operations, coach and develop a knowledgeable staff, ensure strict regulatory compliance, drive sales and profitability, and create memorable customer journeys that reflect Altius’ commitment to quality. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a regulated environment and wants to build something exceptional in the cannabis industry. Key responsibilities include: Lead hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling and performance management for the store team. Ensure full compliance with state and local cannabis regulations and company policies; maintain audit‑ready records. Manage inventory, product receiving, cycle counts and seed‑to‑sale reconciliation to protect assets. Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations and loss‑prevention practices. Drive sales, customer experience, merchandising and local community engagement to meet and exceed KPIs and P&L targets. Partner with corporate teams on promotions, new product launches and operational improvements.
