Job Summary Buddy’s Home Furnishings is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) / Management Trainee. The role is entry‑level and serves as a stepping stone to become a store manager. The MIT program requires cross‑training in all aspects of store management and operations, and is performed in‑person at the specified location. Candidates must be over 21 years old.
