Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled MES Support Specialist to train and provide support on the PAS-X MES platform at our Raheen, Ireland, and Rensselaer, NY, US locations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for operations personnel, ensuring hardware and devices are fully functional and integrated within the MES environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Training : Gain expertise in the PAS-X MES platform and relevant procedures to effectively train and support operations personnel.
• Gown Qualification Procedures : Train and become qualified to provide full hardware support in process areas requiring gown qualification.
• Printer Management : Set up and configure printers (primarily Zebra label printers) for integration with the MES system.
• Device Management : Configure and maintain MES terminals and devices, including computers, scales, barcode scanners, and thin client terminals, ensuring each device is correctly connected to the MES platform.

Requirements :

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the PAS-X MES platform.
• Experience in configuring and supporting MES-related hardware, such as printers, terminals, and other connected devices.
• Ability to train and support end-users on MES procedures and hardware.
• Understanding of Gown Qualification procedures and hardware support in qualified process areas.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to support teams across two global locations.
