What You'll Do

As a Saute Cook / Line Cook at THE REMY, you will play a vital role in delivering a top-tier dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking dishes to perfection in accordance with our fine-dining standards.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.
Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assisting with inventory management and ensuring the quality of ingredients.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled individual who thrives in a high-energy, fine-dining environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

3 years of culinary experience , preferably in an upscale or fine-dining setting.
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours during shifts.
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary excellence.
The ability to work collaboratively with a team while maintaining composure under pressure.
