This full-time role is ideal for a dedicated professional with expertise in mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Work Environment\nThis position offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of an outpatient office. You will operate within a structured framework that values both autonomy and teamwork. With working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis may be required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews. \n
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals, preferences, and progress throughout their therapeutic journey. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs of clients dealing with mood disorders. \n
- Educate and empower clients and their families about mood disorders, outlining treatment options and effective self-care strategies to promote sustained mental health. \n
- Monitor client progress closely, adjusting treatment modalities and strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Work in close coordination with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care that addresses all aspects of a client's mental health. \n
- Stay abreast of the latest research and clinical best practices related to mood disorders, integrating new knowledge into treatment plans and interventions. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and enhance service delivery. \n
- Advocate for clients by working to de-stigmatize mood disorders and support their mental health needs within both the practice and the wider community. \n
In this role, you will primarily work with individuals grappling with various mood disorders, ranging from mild to severe cases. Our clientele is diverse, representing different age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. Your approach and interventions will cater to their unique circumstances, ensuring personalized care that respects their dignity and fosters trust.

- Education: A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Licensure: A current and valid professional license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania is essential. \n
- Skills: Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities specifically for mood disorders, such as CBT and DBT, as well as a foundational understanding of psychopharmacology. \n
- Communication: Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients of varying backgrounds, employing excellent interpersonal skills in all interactions. \n

- A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is strongly preferred, with a specialized focus on mood disorders, ensuring a deeper understanding of nuanced interventions. \n
- Proven track record in delivering successful therapeutic outcomes for mood disorders, as evidenced by client feedback and documented progress. \n
The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, in addition to potential performance bonuses. We are also proud to offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
