Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique needs, thereby formulating tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in both individual and group settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address shared mental health concerns, providing an avenue for community support.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to effectively manage acute mental health emergencies when they arise.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
