Construction Worker

Location: Madison County, IL
Pay: $20/hr

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This position involves assisting with various construction tasks on job sites, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction tasks, including loading/unloading materials
Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal
Follow safety guidelines and OSHA standards at all times
Support carpenters, laborers, and other trades as directed
Perform physical labor such as lifting, carrying, digging, and standing for extended periods

Requirements:

Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to perform physical work in outdoor conditions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Must have reliable transportation to job sites in and around Madison County, IL
