We’re hiring a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to deliver in-home respiratory care to patients using ventilators, oxygen therapy, and advanced respiratory equipment across Montgomery County, PA and surrounding areas. This is a weekday-only, relationship-driven role where you can slow down, educate patients properly, and see the real impact of your work. Predictable schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/wk No facility-based chaos or patient ratios 1:1 patient care in the home Strong hourly pay + sign-on bonus Mileage reimbursement for home visits Autonomy with clinical support Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk What You’ll Do: Conduct in-home respiratory assessments Educate patients and caregivers on ventilators, oxygen, and respiratory equipment Adjust ventilator settings per physician orders Troubleshoot and monitor advanced respiratory devices Provide follow-up care and ongoing phone-based clinical support Accurately document services and patient interactions Support training and onboarding of new clinical staff Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent patient needs Who This Role Is Ideal For An RRT with an active state license Experienced or interested in home-based respiratory care Comfortable working independently and managing your day Patient-focused, educational, and relationship-driven Ready for a role with better balance and long-term sustainability Preferred (Not Required) 1+ year of respiratory therapy experience Home health or DME experience What Makes This Organization Different?
