Key responsibilities Manage project intake and requirements breakdown for Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective project execution Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud tools to support project objectives Required qualifications Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud at a business level Familiarity with Data Cloud and Slack Entry-level project management experience in IT services or consulting Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
