Role Descriptions:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Salesforce projects and Service Cloud. This role requires a hands-on approach to driving the delivery of critical business initiatives and managing all aspects of the program, including planning, risk management, communication, and implementation.

This role requires a hands-on approach to driving the delivery of critical business initiatives and managing all aspects of the program, including planning, risk management, communication, and implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Working project experience in Salesforce projects
- Working experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong technical acumen
- Program and stakeholder management
- Process optimization mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional technical programs
- Ability to collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams
- Experience developing and executing scalable cross-organization processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs
- Drive the delivery of critical business initiatives
- Manage all aspects of the program including planning, risk management, communication, and implementation
- Lead and manage cross-functional technical programs of inter-related projects
- Collaborate with various teams to design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities
- Coordinate launch planning among various teams to synchronize program milestones
- Develop risk mitigation plans and manage issue escalation
- Manage the intake queue by prioritizing and triaging incoming requests
