Healthcare Human Resources Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Healthcare Human Resources Coordinator to support a growing multi-site healthcare organization. This role provides comprehensive HR support across various healthcare settings, including Pain Management Clinics, Primary Care Practices, Urgent Care Centers, Physical Therapy Departments, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in healthcare human resources, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce administration while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience , preferably within a healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience managing employee records, personnel documentation, and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , HRIS platforms, and workforce management systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration , or a related field.
• Experience with healthcare credentialing, privileging, accreditation processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA , OSHA , and AAAHC requirements.
