Compensation:

$100,000 – $150,000+ annually Commission-based

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions
• Leverage our qualified leads to build and maintain a robust client pipeline
• Guide clients through the home-buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience
• Utilize advanced CRM technology to manage client interactions and track progress
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success
• Attend regular training sessions to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company alike

Qualifications:

• Active  Real Estate License (required)
• Fluency in  Spanish and English (required)
• Proven experience in  real estate sales, buyer representation, or listings
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using  CRM systems and lead follow-up processes
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to grow income and production
