- Provide direct patient care and support to residents in assisted living.
- Administer medications and manage treatment plans as directed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate residents and families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.
