Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities Create and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement documentation Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply planning to support fleet and facilities operations Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receipts Maintain vendor records and support vendor onboarding and relationship management Assist in resolving billing, payment, and service issues with vendors Maintain fleet and facilities databases, reports, and operational records Track vehicle, equipment, and facilities-related expenses and contracts Assist with scheduling maintenance services and coordinating operational support activities Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance metrics, and related operational data Requirements 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain coordination, operations support, or a related field Experience with purchase requisition creation, invoice processing, and vendor coordination required Experience supporting fleet management, facilities operations, or administrative functions preferred Experience with SAP, fleet management platforms, AVL systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred Pay and Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
