Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at River Way Mental Health Services, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, leading to informed treatment planning.

• Collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care techniques.

• Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals to provide integrated care solutions for clients.

• Staying informed about the latest research in mood disorders to enhance treatment approaches and deliver high-quality care.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families facing difficulties related to mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
