Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, tailoring approaches to suit the client's specific circumstances.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans encompassing realistic goals and interventions catering to clients' unique needs.

• Offer crisis intervention, carry out risk assessments, and formulate safety plans as required to support clients in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. The clientele ranges from adolescents to adults, often facing complex issues stemming from trauma, mental health diagnoses, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
