Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both via virtual appointments and in-person community engagements.

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, emphasizing therapeutic techniques grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring adherence to treatment goals and making adjustments as needed.

This position primarily serves clients dealing with substance use issues, psychological trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
