This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still providing essential services to clients in need. As part of a leading Detox Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, our services are delivered through a mix of virtual consultations and, when necessary, in-person visits. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients effectively via telephone and in-person meetings, guiding them toward the appropriate mental health services and resources.

• Perform thorough assessments to gather relevant information about each client’s circumstances and needs.
\n
• Provide guidance and support to clients and their families, helping them understand available resources and therapeutic options.

• Facilitate client involvement in constructive activities to promote mental wellness and community reintegration.

• Conduct thorough documentation of client interactions, ensuring the maintenance of accurate records and timely reporting as required.

• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and collaborative team meetings to enhance service delivery and professional development.

• Identify and report any signs of child abuse or neglect, as mandated by state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
