Company Description GenZ Automotive provides modern Finance & Insurance (F&I) solutions tailored to the next generation of drivers and vehicles. Evolving from a niche provider into a full-suite F&I partner, the company focuses on innovation, technology, quality, and value for automotive dealers. Role Description The Regional Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing relationships with automotive dealer partners within an assigned territory. In this position, the individual will conduct regular virtual and in-person meetings with dealers to understand their business needs, present GenZ Automotive’s F&I solutions, and support implementation and ongoing optimization. Daily activities include prospecting new accounts, preparing proposals, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams such as operations, product, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery. The Regional Account Manager will also monitor market trends, provide feedback to guide product enhancements, and deliver training and presentations that help dealer partners maximize the value of GenZ.
