General Orthopedic Surgeon

*Job Summary and Responsibilities* Dignity Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time General Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our established and growing employed practice at level 4 Trauma hospitals in Prescott, AZ. * This role will be joining a group of 2 physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners * 5 years of orthopedic experience * Multiple different cases, fractures, wound care, total joints * Office patient: 30-40 patients per day per provider * Inpatient: 5 per call day * Consults: 10 per call day * Typical week: M-Th 9-4 patients in clinic, with surgical dates rotating by provider and availability * Procedures: All orthopedic surgery procedures * Call: 7 days per month - Shared with other local orthopedic clinics rotated *Job Requirements* * Completion of a residency in medicine and a fellowship in Colorectal Surgery, in ACGME approved programs * Current BC/BE in Colon and Rectal Surgery (American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery) * Valid state medical license as MD or DO * Valid DEA certificate Where You'll Work *Our community - Come for the charm.
